What You Told Us About Hiring A Car

iCarhireinsurance.com has commissioned YouGov for a second year running to run the definitive survey on car hire and car hire excess insurance in the UK.

We've asked 1000 people to tell us their views and experiences when hiring a car including:

-          the service at the rental desk

-          the hire car itself

-          any additional charges

-          added extras from child seats to sat navs

-          any problems with returning the car

We have drilled deeper into the overall customer experience this year to find out how you really find the process of hiring a car.
