To begin the claims process, read through the Important Notice below and click the button to proceed. You can find your iCarhireinsurance.com policy details on your Certificate of Insurance issued to you on the date of purchase.

Important Notice

Before proceeding to the Online Claims Submission page please ensure that you have the following documentation to hand:

Vehicle Rental Agreement

Rental Company's Damage Report

Invoices and receipts confirming any amount you paid in respect to your claim

Credit Card statement showing proof of payment for the damages being claimed

Police Report (usually only applies if involved in a serious accident or if the vehicle was stolen)

You will be asked to attach the above documents to your claims submission. In order to avoid being timed out of your session, store the documents safely on your computer before proceeding to the next stage. If you don't have access to a scanner, you can send the relevant documents by post following the completion of the online form.

Claims Process

Have to hand all the documentation listed above.

Click ‘Start Your Claim’ – you’ll then be directed to the claims portal and asked for your policy details.

Once you’ve gained access, complete and submit the online form and supporting documentation.

Your claim will be reviewed and processed by a claims handler.

A decision is made on your claim.

If successful, payment is made straight to your bank account.
